She was born in Athens in 1990. She studied Psychology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, which she graduated from in September 2013. Afterwards, she studied at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London, where she completed the MSc program “Early Intervention in Psychosis”. She acquired her license to practice as a psychologist in 2016.

Since October 2018, she is training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Institute of Behavior Research and Therapy.

During the academic year 2012-2013, she attended the Annual Course in Clinical Psychopathology “Panagiotis Oulis”, which she completed with honors and was selected for clinical training at the Short-Term Hospitalization Unit of the First Department of Psychiatry of University of Athents, Eginition Hospital, for an academic year. During her studies, she has completed internships in Residential Unit “Ariadne” of the Association for Regional Development and Mental Health (EPAPSY), as well as in the Westminister, Kensington and Chelsea Early Intervention in Psychosis Team of NHS in London. She has also worked as an honorary psychologist in Day Centre “Ariadne” of KMOP - Social Actions and Innovations Centre.

Since September 2017, she interns as a psychology trainee in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Outpatient Clinic of Eginition Hospital. Moreover, she is responsible for managing the Annual Postgraduate Course “Early Intervention in Psychosis”, which is organized by the University Research Institute of Mental Health, Neuroscience and Medical Excellency “Kostas Stefanis” (EPIPSY), in collaboration with the First and Second Department of Psychiatry of the University of Athens and the Association “Advancement of Knowledge on Mental Disorders”.
